Episode Context

Episode 24 sits in the Resurrection 'F' arc, directly following Goku and Vegeta's arrival on Earth to face a resurrected and retrained Frieza. This episode kicks off the main event of that confrontation, serving as the opening salvo of a multi-episode battle that will push both fighters toward transformations and power reveals in the episodes ahead. It's early enough in Dragon Ball Super's 131-episode run that it's still establishing the show's escalation of threats beyond the original series.
