Saji remains remarkably calm throughout, diligently working on his embroidery, a bizarre counterpoint to the macabre task at hand. The others bicker and fret, their guilt a minor inconvenience next to En's potential wrath.

The crew attempts to stage Pouya's death, first by drowning, then by hanging him from a high balcony. As they prepare to drop the body, Saji casually questions who truly killed him, a chilling thought. Just as the body falls, a monstrous, multi-eyed "Diet Worm" erupts from Pouya's chest, splattering blood and gore. This grotesque parasite reveals the 'natural' cause of death, instantly nullifying their desperate efforts to stage an accident.

In the dark reaches of Hell, a giant, hooded figure named Store sells gruesome meat to customers, explaining its ability to transform sorcerers into devils. Asu, a powerful devil with a skull mask, brutally dismembers a victim, warning against secrets, but his own devilish form begins to flicker. His wings shrivel and horns recede as his power wanes, and he reverts fully to Kawajiri, exhausted and lamenting the loss of his "Chaos." He stares at his human hands, his devil days seemingly over.

Back in the Sorcerer's World, Kaiman struggles with a steamed bun through his gas mask, a moment of odd normalcy. Nikaido buys them more, but her mind is elsewhere, a storm of untold secrets brewing beneath her pensive facade. Her silence hints at a deep history she keeps hidden, even from Kaiman.

Nikaido sits in her lavish, yet oppressive, guest room within En's red-spired palace. The room, decorated with mushroom motifs, feels less like an honor and more like a cage. Nikaido forces a smile, her discomfort palpable, trying to keep En appeased. En's knocking snaps Nikaido out of her reverie. She is in her bathroom, fresh from a hot bath, staring at her reflection in the steamed mirror. For a fleeting moment, her reflection distorts, taking on a monstrous, devil-like appearance. This visual horror is a physical manifestation of her internal struggle, hinting at the true nature of her power and the darkness she fears within herself.

Kaiman, Nikaido, and Natsuki arrive at the hidden "Bellis Onsen" inn, a place that promises relaxation but delivers unease. They are greeted by an Oni hostess, her exaggerated hospitality and sharp eyes hinting at something unsettling beneath the surface. Kaiman, oblivious to the tension, is excited for the hot springs, while Nikaido's deep-seated anxiety remains a silent undercurrent.

En tracks Nikaido to her room at the onsen, confronting her with seething rage. He accuses her of betrayal and reminds her of their contract. The true blow comes when En reveals he knows her past, and, with cruel satisfaction, that the diary she was reading belongs to him. Nikaido stiffens, preparing for the inevitable clash, as Kaiman watches from the shadows, an unwitting participant in a battle he cannot yet comprehend.

Fujita spots a figure wearing a skeleton mask leaving with a suitcase, mistaking her for Ebisu. He chases after her, but the figure speaks in a hollow monotone, stating she is "going home" before vanishing into the swirling fog. Fujita is left alone, stunned and confused by the cryptic encounter. The true identity of the masked girl remains a mystery, hinting at deeper, unsettling truths about Ebisu's fragmented self.
