Episode Context

Sitting exactly at the halfway mark of this 12-episode run, Episode 6 functions as a crucial pivot point, after the escalating conflicts and reveals of Episode 5, 'Awareness' pauses to build the foundation needed for the back half of the series. Zushiohmaru's backstory provides essential context for his motivations within the SCM game, reframing earlier events and setting the stage for the intensifying power dynamics to come. This is the kind of mid-season investment episode that the remaining six episodes will likely cash in on heavily.
