Overall, an 8/10.

Seeing the lightning coming out of Asa eyes really reminded me of the humungulus powers from FMAB. Brings a lot of memories back. Everything lorewise is lining up. Looking forward to the twist on the story in the future.

It gave me goosebumps. There were so many things to look forward to in this episode.

Setidaknya dapat kejelasan mengenai Asa dan Yuru juga. Tapi, kenapa makin jelas semuanya, malah makin banyak pertanyaan yang muncul?
Aku masih belum bisa percaya siapa-siapa. Makin banyak karakter yang muncul, makin nggak percaya mereka satupun.

finally, an asa centric episode !!! didnt find this boring at all, this show has a crazy and satisfying world building

Un episodio de desarrollo y trasfondo para los personajes, donde casi todo transcurre en flashbacks. Me gusta mucho el diseño del lugar a donde viaja Asa, y visualmente el anime logra que resalte mucho.

Instead of relying on nonstop battles, the anime focuses on trauma, death, and the terrifying truth behind the twins’ powers. Asa’s resurrection story completely changes how her character feels, turning her “Break” ability into something tragic rather than cool. Yuru’s childhood flashback also perfectly explains his calm personality. The atmosphere is beautifully crafted, especially during the shadow realm scenes and emotional dialogue moments. The ending scene is also incredibly tense and not something you would want to miss.

Episodio de calma tras la batalla don los personajes se dan a conocer un poco más . Espero la historia se ponga mejor.

Finally, I could finally make sense of how the Twins' paths separated. All this time, I thought there was a glaring plot hole, but this episode cleared the air and explained what exactly happened. It also gave more context to Asa's background, and it's really nice to get to know her more.

A slow pace and lore dump. The reveal was as expected for what could escalate Asa and Gabby to kill the villagers the way they did. Which makes the invisible tension that much funny and interesting when two opposing parties are forced to be friendly.

Episode yang lumayan oke. Episode ini sebagian besar hanya berisi eksposisi dan loredump, tapi dijelaskan dengan bagus dan juga menjelaskan apa yang terjadi pada Asa. Senang juga melihat Yuru ingin mendengar dari kedua sisi terlebih dahulu. Tapi sekarang rasanya malah jadi soal siapa yang lebih buruk antara Terada dan Kagemori, apalagi Kagemori sudah membantai satu desa penuh.

I love this episode. Nothing too flashy happened, but it focused more on building tension, strengthening the atmosphere, and adding more lore to keep everything interesting and engaging the whole time.

This was a great episode that focused more on world-building and introducing heavy lore while leaning into an engaging narrative. It never felt boring because the mystery constantly kept me questioning things and maintained the intrigue throughout.

This was more of a dialogue-driven episode, but it dropped some heavy lore while still keeping the mystery alive. At least we’re getting more puzzle pieces added to the story. I also like the pacing and the conflict over who’s really on the good side, lol.

Barely any action but I was glued to the screen the whole time. Asa's confession about her past hits like a truck and Yuru's childhood flashback reframes everything about him. That shadow realm sequence is haunting. Easily the strongest episode yet.
