QUICK TAKES

They are getting to know the modern world. The episode is a buildup for the future plot.
I like the writing, especially how they add her reactions.
Overall — make me invested, 9/10.

Worldbuilding memang diperlukan.

The pace slowed considerably, but I see it as very necessary to explain the rules of this world. It's a bit denser and more "talky," but visually it still holds my interest.

FREAKING LOVEEEE THE OPENING
here he comes, be kind to him world LMAO
a little appreciate for that scene in 12:48, that was hella FIRE

Certainly a more relaxed episode after a heavy action packed beginning, but the series introduces charming fish out of water elements through its protagonist, as he discovers the outside world. Even the interactions between the side characters the episode is named after, from which they discuss what are they gonna do about him, are amusing.
The little backstory we were shown from Yuru also serves to flesh him out a bit while it sets an objective in stone.
As someone that has read the source material, I did not expect Hana to sound like that, but her voice fits her just fine.

Un episodio que combina un desarrollo del lore de los personajes y construcción de mundo con algo de comedia bien tirada, se siente mucho más tranquilo que los 2 anteriores.

Yuru completely losing his mind over things like 100% white rice, convenience store food, and flush toilets is hilarious. The lore drop in this episode was handled so well.

The best

calm and slow episode

EPISODE CONTEXT
Episode 3 arrives directly after the traumatic attack on Yuru's village in Episode 2, functioning as a necessary decompression and reorientation chapter. It plants the character and world foundations — particularly through Dera and Hana — that the series will build on through the upcoming Kagemori Mansion Arc. At only episode 3 of 24, this is early-season setup work, and its payoff is designed to be felt later.
