Episode Context

Coming off Episode 11's brother-focused resolution and the reveal that Yuru's group has been watched, Episode 12 uses the arrival of Ken to stabilize the ensemble while simultaneously cracking open new questions around Yuru's family origins and Dera's personal history. The ominous investigative thread that runs through the episode connects directly into Episode 13, 'Daikyo and Shokyo,' making this a crucial bridge at the season's midpoint.
