You won't get to see the short-haired Ange just yet as she's still adjusting to her new surroundings. The episode doesn't explain what the mechs called Paramails are, but it does provide a brief introduction to the creatures they were fighting in the previous episode called DRAGON. The episode wraps up with a pretty gory scene that's sure to give Ange a much-needed reality check.
Love it, fan service and it is really dark if you are going to look at it deeper! You can literally feel the "racial discrimination" vibe in this anime specifically this episode! Making it no ordinary mecha type anime. Probably our MC will end this discrimination and at the same time save the world!
This episode focuses on Ange's struggles to adapt to an unfamiliar place. It is a massive shift from what she is used to, where she had absolutely everything prepared for her. This is my first time watching a mecha anime with an all-girl cast and so many heavy SPG scenes, and honestly, I just love it.
