I went into this expecting the usual anthology weirdness but the emotional weight of these two people just trying to exist together hit me so much harder than I expected. It is such a massive contrast from the fantasy dream logic of the previous episode, and it makes the heartbreak feel grounded and tangible in a way that actually made me care about them.
