This episode was intense ⏳ Aion giving Joshua Chrono's horns and watching time freeze was wild. Rosette making the contract pact with Chrono to save him was such a heavy choice.

Still on the background story of rosette, Joshua and Chrono...This episode too has been moving and very insightful. I'm loving the plot of the show so far, the voice acting has been consistent too

The contract, the watch, Rosette's shortened lifespan, Chrono's guilt it all comes from this one moment. The tragedy of Joshua's transformation is heartbreaking: a kind boy who wanted to protect his sister, twisted into a tool by Aion's manipulation. The image of the frozen orphanage is haunting a moment of horror frozen in time, serving as a constant reminder of what was lost.

Episode Context

Sitting at the series midpoint, 'Horn' follows directly from episode 9's revelations about Joshua, using that momentum to deliver critical backstory that reframes the relationships driving the entire narrative. This episode functions as a connective bridge between the first half's establishment of stakes and the escalating conflicts ahead. It effectively sets the emotional and narrative foundation for the back twelve episodes, making it a pivotal checkpoint in the season's architecture.
