This was a good episode overall. It focused more on one of the supporting characters rather than the main cast, but I actually liked that. It gave us a chance to get to know the other characters better instead of keeping the spotlight on the main characters all the time.

After so many lighthearted episodes, this one suddenly hits hard. It's still summer, and the heat makes everything feel more exhausting. Shinbo seems to be dealing with issues he's afraid to discuss, and someone unexpectedly bursts into Hideki's room, trying to avoid revealing some problem they don't want to disclose. In the end, everything becomes clearer, but several questions remain unanswered.
