Murata, burdened by his exhausting job, seeks an escape. He finds it at a local baseball stadium, where the excitement of the games provides a welcome distraction. However, it's Ruriko, a gyaru who works at the stadium, that truly captures his attention. Her demeanor is as cool as the beer she serves, but Murata is drawn to her. As he becomes a regular, he begins to see past her frosty exterior. Their encounters, filled with both humor and genuine warmth, brighten the atmosphere of the ballpark.
