That gym uniform mix-up had me SCREAMING! It’s such a classic trope but felt so fresh here because of how respectful they are. Taiki’s internal monologue is so relatable, he’s just a guy trying his best. The rivalry between the basketball and badminton teams is starting to feel

Taiki is great to Haryu and Kyo by his side man!! They are super supportive to him. This episode was more of deeper conversation than action-packed sports drama. And a new character is introduced in this episode! Excited how this goes!!

Episode Context

Coming off three episodes that established Taiki and Chinatsu's unique living arrangement and growing closeness, Episode 4 introduces Shoichiro Kishi as a competitive foil, expanding the sports narrative beyond pure backdrop into genuine stakes. This marks the transition from setup to complication in the early season, testing Taiki's motivation and resolve. It also bridges directly into the anticipated 'Aquarium' episode, suggesting the personal and athletic threads are about to intertwine more tightly.
