Nanao Ise finally gets her moment and it's perfect. The Shinken Hakkyouken lore and her stepping into a real fight with Kyoraku watching gave me goosebumps. Great payoff. Lille Barro’s arc wraps up nicely. Short, but earned. ^^ <3

I did not expect that kind of character development from Nanao Ise. This episode showed us more of Shunsui Kyoraku's past and the truth about her Zanpakuto. I love how Shunsui Kyoraku's clothes actually had a story behind it and wasn't because of a design choice.
