This was overall a solid episode as it really starts building the actual story between our characters Rin and Manji. I like how this episode showed how these two characters are different from each other without having to explain it directly. The animation here is pretty consistent and the design of the members here actually left a clear impression.
This episode was brutal from start to finish. Every fight felt intense, and no one seemed to hold back. The story really showed how cruel this world can be, which made every scene feel even heavier. It kept me hooked the whole time and made me curious to see what happens next.
The slower pacing worked well here as the story focused more on the characters and their past. I liked how it added more depth to the conflict and gave the characters more room to develop. The lack of action compared to the previous episode was noticeable, but the setup was still interesting and kept me invested. It is worth checking out if you enjoy darker stories that take their time with character development.
