This episode does a good job setting up who Manji is and shows why he really is the MC. I like that this show isn't afraid to have heavy parts this early on in the series. And even though this was an older anime, the animation were still clean, even during the rougher scenes.
The first episode had a dark and intense atmosphere that immediately caught my attention. Manji already feels incredibly powerful, and I'm curious to learn more about his past and what drives him. The story started with a lot of mystery, and it definitely made me want to keep watching to see how everything unfolds.
This first episode started strong and introduced the main character in a way that kept me interested. I liked the dark atmosphere, the action scenes, and how the pacing made it easy to stay engaged from start to finish. It was a solid start that made me curious about what comes next. I recommend it if you enjoy fast-paced action with a darker tone.
