EPISODE REVIEWS

Episode Context

Episode 12, titled ONCE AGAIN, is the season's finale and spends its runtime on the immediate confrontation between Jiro, Rago, and Amagi. The tone is urgent and combative, with the episode keeping its focus on a single decisive supernatural showdown rather than opening a new case or detour. Jiro's determination to protect his partner drives one side of the conflict; Amagi's amplified threat drives the other, and the hostility between them carries the emotional charge. Pacing stays tight and violent, but the mood holds an undercurrent of unease, since Amagi's unexpected behavior unsettles the rhythm of the encounter. Rivalry, loyalty, and the volatile bond between Jiro and Rago form the episode's core. It is a climax-driven entry built for momentum rather than resolution of smaller threads.
