Episode Context

Episode 10, 'Yabasugiru Skill,' shifts the season into a tense wilderness-training chapter inside Avidya Forest. The tone alternates between Jiro Azuma's open, animal-friendly warmth and an increasingly uneasy supernatural atmosphere. Jiro's bond with Rago anchors the emotional core, while combat practice exposes his unstable access to Rago's power and Ibuki enters as an important new presence. The brisk pacing divides attention between Jiro's personal growth in the forest and the ominous movement of Amagi's mononoke faction elsewhere. Quiet stretches of companionship give way to sharper scenes of danger and uncertainty. Creature-focused fantasy, kinetic training action, and a growing sense that the conflict spreads well beyond Jiro's immediate mission define the episode.
