ARRGHH, WHY?! Yet another anime with lackluster and unsatisfying ending?! I swear writing had took a free fall here, I mean yes it wrapped the anime in a somewhat acceptable way, but I swear none of them has the balls to show consequences! So plot holes still in the air and the journey itself felt grinded into meaningless dust.

Episode 10 shifts its focus toward Eiji’s confidence and determination as reality itself starts becoming increasingly unstable. The idea of distortion is used both literally and thematically, with characters struggling to hold onto their identities and beliefs while the situation around them becomes more chaotic. The episode balances action with character development reasonably well, showing Eiji becoming more proactive rather than simply reacting to events. Some scenes are intentionally bizarre, which fits the series’ style, although they can occasionally feel confusing. What keeps the episode engaging is the growing sense that the conflict is reaching a breaking point. By the end, it feels like the story is preparing for its final stretch, with larger consequences looming over every decision the characters make.

Visuals are a chaotic, hyper-saturated collage of floating planets, melting dimensions, and rapid-fire flashback sequences that leave the audience completely disoriented. The soundtrack attempts a grand, operatic orchestral crescendo, but it fails to ground the narrative, leaving the atmosphere feeling incredibly hollow.

Specific Moment (Weak Point): The sudden, abrupt resolution where the world is essentially reset through a confusing sequence inside an abstract mindscape. The final scene fades out so quickly that it completely robs the audience of any narrative satisfaction, making the ending a frustratingly messy conclusion to a wild ride.
