EPISODE REVIEWS

The missing child case hits much harder emotionally than expected. Sakurako’s cold deductions contrast beautifully with Shōtarō’s compassion, especially during the tense house confrontation.

I like the pacing, each case wraps up in one ep so it feels neat. At first things are kinda unclear, but then a clue shows up. The investigation gets more intense and emotional as it goes. There’s a bit of relief at the end, but the vibe still feels heavy.

Sakurako really is a mystery genius; she's incredibly intelligent. Sometimes it feels like she’s much more competent than the police themselves. This chapter is a bit darker than the first one, showing a lot of growth in the protagonist duo. Family abuse and murder is shown here.
