A strong opening that mixes quiet mystery with unsettling atmosphere. Sakurako’s obsession with bones feels strange yet fascinating, while the seaside “suicide” case leaves a chilling first impression.

Oh no, the opening :( I really liked the narrative that helped explain the characters and key info early on. The main character is super into bones and really smart too! Love the animation when Sakurako starts investigating, full of bones but still visualized so beautifully.

The beginning is a bit intense if you're a cat lover, but I really liked how Sakurako knows so much about her interest in bones. It doesn't stop there, either—she’s also quite knowledgeable about forensics. A very interesting start!
