Assassination Classroom Second Season
Oshimeter
Synopsis
Some grinning, yellow-tentacled creature blew up most of the Moon, and now he's teaching middle school. That's already the premise of Assassination Classroom, and this second season is where everything pays off. Class 3-E returns from summer break still trying to kill Koro-sensei, their teacher who moves at Mach 20, genuinely cares about their futures, and also happens to be a threat to destroy the entire planet by March. The 25-episode run picks up the assassination attempts, the school politics against the ruthless principal Gakuhou Asano, and digs way deeper into who Koro-sensei actually is and why he became what he is. The thing that makes this show work is that you're rooting for both sides. You want these kids to succeed at killing their teacher, but you also never want him to leave, because he's the best thing that ever happened to them. The comedy stays sharp: these are still teenagers fumbling through creative murder plots, but the emotional weight this season carries is genuinely surprising. Lerche's animation handles both the goofy moments and the serious action without missing a beat. If you liked the underdog class dynamics of Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu, the high-stakes tension of Danganronpa: The Animation, or the "weird teacher changes everything" energy of Great Teacher Onizuka, this lands in that same neighborhood. Just make sure you've watched season one first, because this season assumes you're already attached to these characters. And you will be.

This made me cry It's just that heartbreaking and I cannot explain how sad it was Good luck if you watch it
Great follow up and conclusion to the story!
Un plot twist que no me veía venir! Kayano muestra su poder oculto para acabar con Koro-sensei de la manera más brutal posible... Es esa su verdadera forma?
Season 2 Episode 2 of Assassination Classroom feels a bit slow at the beginning, but it gradually becomes more interesting as the episode progresses. The first half is quite laid-back, focusing more on lighthearted moments rather than intense action. It’s filled with humor, especially when Kaede Kayano suggested a random and playful idea that added a fun energy to the episode. Her idea is definitely unique but is quite smart. However, the second half is where things start to pick up. The tone shifts slightly, and the episode begins to build more tension. It feels less like a casual classroom moment and more like the story is moving forward again. This contrast can be quite confusing and some might like it but some might not because it feels a bit abrupt. Overall, while the episode may not be the most exciting from start to finish, it is still enjoyable. It serves as a light and fun episode while still keeping viewers engaged, especially through humor and funny character interactions.
Watching Class 3-E discover their individual strengths through the school festival is genuinely uplifting. Koro-sensei cheering louder than anyone despite being the target makes no sense and perfect sense simultaneously. Warm, funny, unforgettable.
A flawless 10/10 finale. It successfully transitions from a quirky comedy to a profound story about education, legacy, and saying goodbye. It will definitely "melt your heart" and leave you in tears.
IM SO SAD?? i delayed from watching this episode for months because i didn't want this series to end yet. watch me never watch an anime again because the feeling this series gave me is irreplaceable. this is i dare say the best anime finale i ever watched
A satisfying ending to such a fun anime. I love how each of the characters’ stories wraps up, even for the Chairman. And all of it, of course because of Koro-sensei’s legacy. A 9/10 anime for sure!
If anyone ever told me that I'll be bawling my eyes out over 28 mid-school students and a yellow octopus during my 20s, I'd say they're lying. And yet, here I am anyway 😭😭😭
Epic fight, but also has some shockingly emotional moments. I’m actually conflicted because I really don’t want this to end so soon 😔
Gosh, my mistake to think that the rest of the episodes would be just a wholesome moment between Koro-sensei and Class E. But at least we got some more thrills before the ending tho.
The start of the final arc has finally begun! The first half of the episode was funny af. But, man this is gonna be emotional as heck isn’t it? 😔
Love is in the air everywhere in this episode! Another heartwarming and breather episode, but the fate of the world still remains unknown.
Instead of a beach episode, can every anime just have a good outer space episode like this one? It’s such a wholesome moment for Class E
The battle between Nagisa and Karma is so satisfying to watch. The kind of battle most viewers have been waiting for so long 🔥
The civil war of Class E has finally started! Both sides have logical reasons tho, so I don’t even know which side I should take.
Such a tragic flashback from Koro-sensei, and now the show has finally taken the emotional route😭
What a shocking and effective move by Nagisa!! That should be the highlight of this episode😵 But this episode is kinda emotional rollercoaster for me too tho
Another secret from the student! But this one is kinda exciting tho because it’s related to Koro-sensei's past 🤨
Giving the Chairman a sad backstory is kinda conflicting for my feeling 😔, but it’s a good wrap for the problem.
