Aki-Sora: In a Dream
Oshimeter
Synopsis
Hiding a secret that would upend his entire family, high school guy Sora Aoi is in a hidden romantic relationship with his older sister Aki. Nobody knows. Not their twin sister Nami, not their classmates, nobody. Then Nami, completely oblivious, decides to play matchmaker and drags Sora into the school's Fashion Research Club to set him up with her friend Kana. It's the kind of well-meaning interference that complicates everything, especially when Nami herself is hiding feelings she hasn't fully admitted to anyone, including herself. The whole thing becomes a quiet pressure cooker of secrets layered on top of secrets. This is a 2-episode OVA from Hoods Entertainment, based on the manga, so it moves fast and stays tight — no padding, just the emotional knot at the center of it all. The art leans into that mature seinen style, keeping things visually grounded even when the subject matter gets thorny. If you watched Yosuga no Sora and wanted something similarly focused on forbidden sibling dynamics, or you're familiar with the emotional weight of Boku wa Imouto ni Koi wo Suru, this hits comparable notes. It's not trying to be comfortable viewing — it's a short, concentrated story about people trapped between what they feel and what they're supposed to feel. Go in knowing what it is, and it delivers exactly that.
