The flashback that has been hinted at from the very start of the show finally got its very own episode. A nice break from the usual fast-paced scenes of the anime. Also, there's a tiny introduction of my favourite character in the show.
This was so adorable. Though it’s like a filler and a rest from court scenes. It’s just the childhood lore about the trio which is incredibly cute. But I think it is also essential to know the characters and it’s also heartwarming to watch. The end was interesting and piqued my curiosity.
Surprisingly, as a OG story that is inspired by Naruhodo's background, it has a much better pacing without a blueprint to be adapted. The cast as children were absolutely adorable and heartwarming. It was also creative decision to make it a prelude for the second cour.
