The quality of the time they spend together is palpable. The way they express their affection is so endearing and heartwarming. The narrative isn’t forced, yet it leaves a lasting impression, it’s really funny! I found myself on the edge of my seat while watching it. It seems as though the misunderstanding is set to lead to a major conflict.
Yuki misinterprets Itsuomi’s relationship with Emma, creating tension and a touch of emotional discomfort. Itsuomi’s thoughtful efforts to reassure her showcase his consistent character development and the subtle growth of their bond
If it feels like the side characters are making more progress with their own relationships, it might be because they’re speaking more, whereas Itsuomi & Yuki still seem to be dancing around each other. It’s standard for a romance, but some might find the slow burn frustrating.
