This episode boasts a complex, looping plot where a grieving mother manipulates time within her dream to prevent her child's death. This episode made 18if feel even better. Haruto tries hard to help Mikami face his fate, but the ending really surprised me. I went from happy, to sad, to accepting reality. Even Katsumi and Lily’s complicated expressions already show how hard this decision really is. Watch until the end and ask yourself: if you were Haruto, what would you do?
I really like this episode, especially its focus on the regrets of choices not taken. It's quite heartbreaking to see someone unable to shape their own life, instead spending valuable time on things that may not hold meaning later on.
