Episode ini menjadi perkenalan Mimi. Jalan ceritanya sejauh ini masih slice of life, dan belum terlihat konflik selain soal space pirate. Overall, a decent and entertaining episode,

I got some legitimate chuckles this episode. I'll give one more.

Episode 2 is a solid follow-up to the premiere. It takes time to develop Mimi as a character rather than rushing her into the harem, and the space battle delivers on the action front. The pacing slows down in the first half, but the episode's heart is in the right place. If you enjoyed the first episode's mix of space combat and lighthearted crew dynamics, this one continues in that vein .

Episode Context

Episode 2 shifts from the premiere's introduction into a more lived-in crew dynamic aboard the Krishna. The episode centers on Mimi as its emotional core, with Hiro placed in a situation that tests his decisiveness and his willingness to take responsibility for someone vulnerable. Elma brings a playful, meddling energy that accelerates the interpersonal comedy. The structure moves from a dangerous colony encounter into quieter shipboard interactions, then widens the scale of the mercenary work ahead. The result is a softer, more intimate installment than the opener, blending rescue-driven tension, light romantic comedy, and the warm beginnings of a found-family space adventure, while keeping the wider threat of space piracy in view.
