Much like Summer, Fall 2026 has a lot of amazing anime waiting for us too!

Although it may feel a little too fast, after watching the released trailers, I feel like there are some titles that are definitely absolute must-watches for everyone. We don't have much time, we only have 24 hours a day, so knowing which anime are worth investing in can save us a lot of time. Black Clover Season 2: The Monumental Return of an Incredible Shonen

The first absolute must-watch anime for the upcoming season is the return of an incredible shonen, Black Clover Season 2. Black Clover is a worldwide phenomenon, and I believe most people, just like me, are huge fans of it. After a long wait since the ending of Season 1, we are finally able to enjoy Season 2!

If you are a Black Clover fan, I strongly suggest you watch the Season 2 trailer, it looks amazing and really shows the immense potential this title has. If you haven't watched or even read Black Clover before, please remember to catch up first! Since this isn't a brand-new anime but a direct continuation of Season 1, skipping it means you won't really understand the story. So, make sure to do your homework before the new season starts!

The previous season, Season 1, had a total of 170 episodes. Although some of them are fillers, there are still well over 150 episodes waiting for you. After highlighting the returns of our favorite ongoing series, let's dive into some must-watch new anime arriving this season. The first new title I want to introduce to everyone is There Is Also a Hole in the Student Council!—an amazing gag anime that is guaranteed to give you a wonderful watching experience!

As its name suggests, There Is Also a Hole in the Student Council! mainly focuses on the hilarious everyday lives of the student council (Seitokai, 生徒会). You might think this sounds like a boring or generic setup, especially since we've had so many student council anime in the past, such as Seitokai Yakuindomo (also known as Student Council Staff Members). However, There Is Also a Hole in the Student Council! breaks the mold by being truly interesting and incredibly funny.

I can't deny that There Is Also a Hole in the Student Council! is similar to Seitokai Yakuindomo to a certain degree. However, once you give it a try, you will quickly see that it has its own unique style and that its gag comedy is on a whole different level. It can be hard to fully capture how funny this show is just with words, but once it airs and you watch the first episode, you will understand exactly what I am talking about!

If you are looking for top-tier comedy, or if you simply love gag anime just like me, There Is Also a Hole in the Student Council! is definitely a must-watch title for you next season. However, even if you aren't typically a fan of gag anime, I still highly recommend giving this one a shot. It is incredibly easy to jump into, and honestly, who could actually hate a great comedy?

Psyren: The Miraculous Anime Adaptation of a Legendary Shonen Title

Shonen has always been the most popular genre in anime, and the next title I want to share is a massive one: Psyren. I can't deny that I'm a huge shonen lover myself, but given how many studios are eager to adapt these incredible manga works right now, it's honestly impossible not to introduce a few top-tier shonen titles to you all!

Psyren is definitely one of the legendary Shonen titles, similar to Black Torch and Iron Wok Jan from this season. If you look at the poster for the Psyren anime, you may think it is a new-generation work, but actually, it is quite the opposite. Its original manga ended a long time ago.

Psyren's manga was serialized in Shueisha's famous Weekly Shōnen Jump magazine from 2007 to 2010, meaning it actually ended almost 16 years ago! I am not entirely sure why a title that has been finished for so long is suddenly getting an anime adaptation now, but seeing classic series make a comeback with modern animation is always exciting news for the community.

To be honest, I am not completely familiar with Psyren since I haven't read the original manga yet. However, judging from the officially released teaser, I am really excited for it! The animation looks amazing, and I am truly looking forward to the plot. If you love or are interested in shonen works, this is a must-watch for you next season. Even if you aren't a huge shonen fan, I still think this is a title you should definitely keep an eye on!

Tank Chair: A New Hitman Anime with a Unique Twist

The last title I want to share in this post is an anime with a relatively bizarre name: Tank Chair. Among all the shows I've mentioned today, Tank Chair definitely wins the prize for the weirdest title, and you might even find yourself wondering what it's actually about. While the concept might be hard to wrap your head around at first glance, the series, exactly as its name suggests, truly focuses on a very specific "chair."

It might be hard to believe, but Tank Chair is actually a hitman anime. Now, I know what you might be thinking: between Spy x Family, Sakamoto Days, and Assassination Classroom, the hitman trope can feel a bit overused. However, what makes this series so brilliant is how it seamlessly integrates the "chair" element into the dark world of assassins.

What exactly do I mean? Unlike most hitman anime, the main character of Tank Chair, Taira Nagi, doesn't fight like a normal person, he fights entirely from a wheelchair, which even undergoes some insane transformations! I actually discovered this title long before it received an anime adaptation, as its incredibly unique premise caught my attention right away.

Although Tank Chair features a very unique animation style that some people might not like, I am still heavily looking forward to it because I am incredibly curious to see how the transformations look in motion. To add to the excitement, our main character, Taira Nagi, is voiced by none other than Koki Uchiyama, the brilliant voice actor behind Shigaraki from My Hero Academia, Lancelot from The Seven Deadly Sins, and Meruem from Hunter x Hunter. Being a massive fan of his voice acting only makes me want to watch this premiere even more!
