We begin with the two protagonists of this chaotic misadventure of beings in the human world, Yurine and Jashin-chan, going shopping at a bookstore. Although Jashin didn't find the second volume of the grimoire she was looking for to return to Hell, Yurine was satisfied with what they bought. Afterward, Jashin sees a poster with Yurine's image on it. When Jashin tries to draw her attention to the poster, Yurine thinks it answers her question about where she wants to eat. It's then that Jashin realizes they're both in an anime (Breaking the fourth wall... Until my AU alias, "Black Xavier," comes along to take its place...). Later, after eating, Yurine orders her favorite takeout. It turns out it was for Pekora, and Yurine offers her the food she ordered. However, Pekora refuses to accept food from Yurine (the witch), so she decides to leave the food at her house. After hesitating, Pekora decides to go and find her. But... that blessed snake woman ate it all, and she discovers that Jashin has already started eating. Although still hungry, Pekora consoles herself by thinking that she has managed to preserve her angelic dignity by not eating the food offered to her by a witch. Later, Yurine scolds Jashin with a blender, then goes back to buy more food and gives it to Pekora, who finally eats and thanks her (You deserve better, Pekora). Afterward, Minos brings Yurine a Hell Mandrake doll (Harry Potter souvenirs) and shows her the sound it makes when squeezed. Yurine thanks Minos for the gift and praises Minos and Medusa for their kindness compared to Jashin's arrogance. The annoyed snake mentions that Minos isn't really her friend because of the series of painful incidents caused by her in childhood. The cow's strength broke her back. Back in the present, Minos clarifies that he has already apologized for the incident and states that Jashin is very weak. To refute that, Jashin tries to demonstrate his strength with a dropkick, but Mino's large gelatinous thorax deflects it, inadvertently causing the snake to fall on the Mandragoro doll, killing it. Furious, Yurine unleashes her anger on Jashin as Mino escapes (I was angry with her, but remembering Jashin, it happens to me). Later. Mei Tachibana, an officer on patrol, encounters Persephone II, who is coughing incessantly. A passing otaku asks if she's alright, and Persephone replies that she is, simply having a weak constitution. (Some fresh meat and Minos' milk will make her as good as new.) Meanwhile, Mei notices a fried chicken mascot statue. She decides to take it home because it looks cute, but a part-time worker confronts her. They both make a scene over the statue, until Jashin and Medusa, who happen to be passing by, happen to be there. When Mei sees Jashin, she chases after her and, to immobilize the snake, throws a mascot statue at her. There, Mei takes advantage of the situation, hugging and taking selfies with Jashin while the people around photograph the scene (Insensitive gossips). (Here comes one of the scenes that made me feel sorry for her, so brace yourself for my suffering.) Pekora is lost in thought, imagining the wonderful life she was living in heaven during her part-time job, and her supervisor, Tanahashi, scolds her for it, telling her to get back to work carrying heavy boxes up some stairs and then down in the elevator. Pekora complains about the logic of the job and the meager salary she receives (That's life...). Then, after getting off in the elevator, one of the workers suffers a nervous breakdown and believes Pekora is a giant praying mantis that wants to eat him, causing chaos while the rest of the workers leave the elevator without noticing what happened. That night, a drunk Jashin, carrying a box of sushi, visits Pekora's house. Under the influence, she destroys the cardboard house by vomiting all over it and collapsing on top of it. Meanwhile, on her way home, the poor fallen angel is devastated to find Jashin has destroyed her home and suffers a nervous breakdown, laughing. (All I can say is... F... Besides, there you see why I said something unfair would happen to Jashin; I remember the things she does, and I tend to let it slide as much as a status quo.)
