Episode Context

Episode 3, "Looking for a Photo Shop," sends Aki, Natsuki, Haru, Yuu, and Sakura on a practical errand through abandoned commercial spaces, and that detour defines the episode's shape. An errand-adventure structure keeps the tone swinging between cute character comedy and genuine unease: Yuu's methodical streak drives the improvised problem-solving, Sakura faces an unfamiliar test, and Aki's optimism stays tethered to her search for her father. The group's contrasting temperaments carry the lighter stretches, while the build toward a more active zombie set piece sharpens the danger. Everyday enthusiasm is the engine here, and it makes the threats land harder than a straightforward horror beat would.
