We get to see Sagiri actually doing her demon-slaying ninja job here. Her tsundere energy is off the charts in this one lol. The action scenes are surprisingly okay for a show that's 90% fanservice. Gives the plot a little bit of flavor!
I am actually convinced that whoever wrote this series was only coerced to put all those fanservice moments because this episode was actually more thoughtful and wholesome than it needed to be. Yes I said it, again those intimate moments between characters are the highlights of this show. As expected, we focus once more on the supporting cast, their personalities and background. Suprisingly, they're all well rounded and complex enough that it makes them more likable than previously thought. Really looking forward how this dynamic plays out when their relationship gets tested. Hope it goes as well as we assume.
A nice episode that focuses on Yuna - Chisaki's friendship, and an episode that focused on Nonko. I really like how Chisaki genuinely wants to get to know Yuna despite not being able to see her. As for Nonko, she fits the carefree, drunk big-sister archetype perfectly. The punchline were predictable, but they were still entertaining enough to keep the episode enjoyable.
