Coming back after the original series, this episode does a great job of introducing the next stage of Ichigo's journey. Instead of simply continuing where things left off, it immediately shows that life has changed since Paris. Seeing Kashino again already brought back the nostalgia, while Johnny's first appearance added a completely different dynamic. It feels like the beginning of a brand new chapter, and I was excited to see where it would go.
