This episode is the payoff for Episode 4. You don't go through all that torture in the desert for nothing. Yugo earned Ali's trust. Now he has to use it. And the fact that Ali actually listens, that's huge. The warlord is someone who doesn't trust easily. But he trusted Yugo. That's the whole point of this episode.

Trust becomes the real battlefield here and it makes every decision feel dangerous. I liked how both sides constantly measure each other's intentions instead of rushing things. This anime really rewards patience more than almost any thriller I've watched.
