The future looms, a terrifying swirl of pink and purple over a city in chaos. Nasty, her pink hair a stark contrast to the grim reality, clutches a pendant, her plea to "Tio" echoing the desperation of a world under siege. Rapid cuts show the scale of the impending invasion by the Yojya, led by the monstrous Ramaga. In a virtual training ground or a nightmare, a young man named Gai, garbed in samurai armor, battles and seemingly defeats the crab-like Ramaga, only for the victory to feel hollow and too easily won, a stage-managed illusion for other waiting figures.

A brief, almost jarring shift in scene shows Nasty and the young men, including Gai, in moments of casual camaraderie and training. This fleeting glimpse of normalcy is shattered by Ramaga's true appearance, no longer a grotesque crab but a humanoid figure on a throne. He congratulates Gai, calling him a "worthy puppet." The revelation that Gai's earlier triumph was merely part of Ramaga's design adds a layer of insidious control to the antagonist's character.

Gai, fueled by anger, unleashes a vortex of wind, but Ramaga merely vanishes, leaving a grand, winding staircase as an invitation to his "Tenshikaku." Meanwhile, Ramaga's Four Generals, a sinister quartet, discuss the Samurai Troopers' struggle. They speak of an agreement concerning a girl and the mastering of an ultimate technique. Their conversation reveals that the "Demon Emperor" is now complete, and the transformation of humans into "Gakido" — hungry ghosts — is about to commence, a chilling prophecy of the horror to come.

In a modern control room, Nasty speaks with a stern superior, taking full responsibility for the unfolding crisis. The superior expresses concern for a young girl named Mirai, and the future of the nation, confessing his initial skepticism about entrusting humanity's fate to children. His pride in the Samurai Troopers is evident, but Nasty's worried expression suggests a deeper, personal guilt, hinting at the heavy burden she carries for the decisions made.

The five Troopers, now in their human forms, traverse a dark corridor entwined with giant roots, a visual metaphor for the encroaching corruption. Yamato, the orange-armored Trooper, makes light of their grave situation, proclaiming they will save the world, much to Gai's annoyance. Amidst their banter, they acknowledge the suffering of Mirai's father. They conclude their immediate justice is to defeat Ramaga, a simple goal in a world rapidly losing its simplicity, a stark contrast to the complexity of the villain's plans.

Ramaga, from his throne above a ruined city, addresses the Troopers, declaring they were "born for this day." He then offers a "guest," revealing Nasty and her companion in the DST control room. Nasty, apologizing profusely, pleads for Ramaga's defeat. Ramaga mockingly pulls a trigger, and images of trapped civilians transform into grotesque Yojya. He further reveals that 35 years ago, the previous Yojya Emperor imbued Tokyo with negative emotions, slowly corrupting the city's very essence. Now, merely stepping foot in Tokyo turns people into Yojya, an apocalyptic reveal.

Nasty weeps, clutching her pendant, as the full scale of Tokyo's transformation becomes terrifyingly clear. The Samurai Troopers engage the newly transformed Yojya, but Ramaga, in his purple armored form, mocks their efforts. The Generals play their instruments, amplifying the Yojya's power, and the Troopers are overwhelmed, collapsing under the assault. In a moment of pure desperation, Nasty cries out to Ryo, begging him to wake up, a plea against overwhelming odds, a last desperate gamble.

Nasty's bell, given to her by Ryo, is revealed to be her key to his salvation; she hoped it would sever his body from Ramaga. Ramaga, however, declares Ryo is "no longer there," showcasing Ryo's corrupted eye, a flower-like pattern in the pupil confirming his possession. Yet, urged by Nasty's cries and Gai's encouragement that his "heart is his armor," Ryo awakens, his resolve manifesting as a new, powerful "Haoutei" armor, a golden cape swirling as he unleashes a beam to destroy Ramaga.

The blinding light of Ryo's attack fades, leaving him in his new Haoutei armor, victorious but isolated. The other Troopers watch in awe, then in concern as Ryo's armor disappears, and he collapses into Gai's arms. Nasty, still in the control room, sheds tears, witnessing the pyrrhic victory. The city lies devastated, overgrown with menacing purple vines under a red moon, Tokyo itself a twisted monument to Ramaga's enduring legacy. Even in defeat, the antagonist has irrevocably reshaped the world, leaving the heroes with a transformed, broken city to protect.
