The episode got darker quickly. The ending is intense and leaves you eager for the next season.

What a great final episode but why it just ends like that. Overall, this is a great series with a great story, animation, and background music. Love every part of it. Need the the next season as soon as possible!

Spending the last 4 episode of the season not featuring the main character is certainly a choice. I don't think the manga ever intended for this part to be an endpoint of a season of the anime. Ending right at that point is rough.

Wouldn't recommend this anime until season 2 released, else I'd be setting up people for disappointment.

One of the best parts of the episode was the way the apprentices showed their friendship and teamwork. In the midst of chaos, they didn't abandon each other even when the enemy was stronger.

Bruh! That's it? This is it? What the heck? What a cliffhanger! Usually, finales are either action-packed cinema or cozy, satisfying wrap-ups. But this? Neither! I am so disappointed with this. I didn't even realize the episode had ended until the ED started playing. I'm actually so mad! On a positive note, the visuals and animation remained amazing throughout. The overall craftsmanship was simply amazing.

This is an action-packed episode with excellent animation, incredible voice acting, and insane and hype moments that just take your breath away. The character writing is also so top-tier… everyone’s grown so much 😭 Fantastic finale that leaves you craving for MORE with that crazy cliffhanger! Can’t wait for the next season~

im literally swimming in my own tears rn. the emotional delivery in this ep was so incredibly raw and beautiful. i just cannot handle that this is over. like they could make me wait until 2029 for the next season and i would sit here patiently. such an absolute masterpiece.

the visual direction is perfectly crafted to escalate narrative tension. observing the aesthetic choices transition directly into a static manga panel during the concluding moments provided a brilliant structural bookend. the kinetic pacing genuinely forces an intense physical reaction from the viewer.

bro those kids were making me so unbelievably mad i started blaming them for every single problem. probably says more about me tbh but whatever. and that scene with the brimmed caps was ACTUAL PURE EVIL they always know how to make my stomach drop. an absolute ass clenching watch from start to end.

Un episodio 10/10 para cerrar la temporada, dejándonos hypeadisimos para una siguiente temporada. Visualmente increíble, los personajes se desarrollan, el villano tiene su toque (y con el actor de voz suma mucho), y un momento que me trajo recuerdos de vietnam... No puedo esperar para que el anime siga, al final nos dejaron en el climax de la batalla. No me esperaba que este anime fuese a ser tan bueno, definitivamente lo mejor de esta temporada y de lo que va de año.
