Ironic that the yakuza guy is scared of pointy objects. And now we have some context for scene with him and the patient from episode 1 and we get to see more of what happened then. This episode is one of the funnier ones imo. Also Irabu breaks HIPPA this episode lol.

This one was odd, mostly because I never expected to see a criminal on this, and I believe this is the time when more of the connection between pisodes can be seen.

Dr Irabu committing HIPPA violations left and right smh. A great ep to watch if you’re a fan of the Yakuza games, equally as wacky.
