The characters in the abnormal class are incredibly interesting, with their chaotic & comedic energy serving as a primary highlight. I’m curious to see how Iruma succeed the ranking race. Also, the pacing was so well executed that I was fully invested in every moment.

The shenanigans continue as Iruma, Asmodeus, and Clara enter their official new class. The episode feels like a lead-up to more important things, but it also offers some key information about human abilities that may work in the Netherworld. Pretty neat details!

Honestly, it becomes more interesting with each episode. It always stays consistent with its comedic theme, but somehow I feel like there’s a well-written story behind the comedy. In this episode, we dive deeper into Iruma’s lucky encounters and his unique traits, with a hint of more unusual encounters with his chaotic classmates in the future. Great episode overall, made a good catalyst for future story.

Nothing really interesting happened in this episode, expect for when it introduced everyone that's in the Misfit class and how the small piece of information that Iruma discovered, about humans, look like it'll be something important in the future.

Not the funniest ep, but definitely exciting, also a SOLID character building. Next episode: probably more Clara chaos lol. The animation's still okay, nothing special but gets the job done. The highlight is the classroom dynamics. You can already see the chemistry forming fr.

EPISODE CONTEXT

Episodes one through three established Iruma's arrival in the Netherworld, his bond with his demon grandfather Sullivan, and his first real friendships with Asmodeus and Clara. Episode four expands the world by locking Iruma into the Misfit Class, introducing the core ensemble cast that will drive the comedy and character dynamics for the rest of the 23-episode season. This is a foundation-laying episode—the relationships and rivalries seeded here become the building blocks for the arcs ahead.
