A fun little detective story for Elaina. Even if the mystery itself is a bit predictable, how it is executed is really fun and funny. Props to Sheila's writing as she brings out how fun this episode is. And I really like how it didn't get as dark as the prior episode, just fun.
This episode reaffirmed my fear of dolls—those things will come to life someday and do terrible things. It was nice to see our beloved witch with a new look; her short hair makes her look even more like a little girl than she already does—she’s simply beautiful!!!
This episode has a bit of a mystery in it, and I thought it was going to be darker. I was half expecting the Ripper to be a cruel person and half expecting it to be a joke, and even then my expectations were kind of subverted. Also, I like short hair, so the new look was nice.
