EPISODE REVIEWS

Episode 6 deals directly with the fallout of Saki becoming a pilot and forces the show into a much darker, psychological territory. It’s the episode where the vampire curse shifts from a cool superpower to a genuinely terrifying affliction. It’s a heavy episode that definetly leaves a lasting impression on me.

Saki Rukino is officially the GOAT. Seeing her take charge and jump into Unit 4 was a total boss move. The purple unit's multi-arm attacks are visually insane. The show is leaning hard into the "idols and mecha" vibe, and it strangely works.

It delivers strong emotional weight and character focus. It uses a small flashback from the fighting scene, which adds intensity, and the animation lands well.
