EPISODE REVIEWS

Watching Haruka struggle with her confidence while being supported by friends who truly care (despite their chaotic attempts) is heartwarming to see.

The pacing was quite slow here but I can do feel that this episode is more emotionally grounded. I like how they used the aftermath of the ep's class project to spotlight Haruka's difficult position and giving Masato a quiet moment.

I know this episode is supposed to be where we get to know Hijirikawa, but I feel like most of the spotlight still fell on Haruka, which I really don't mind, as Haruka is a fairly good protagonist to follow. Seeing her learning courage is feel like an achievement, and her scene with Hijiwikawa was really swet too. And I can't help but to gush a bit about how cute Otoya was being, all worried for Haruka, so cute!
