Ushiro no Shoumen Kamui-san Mini Anime

Kamui and her paranormal crew get shrunk down into super-deformed cartoon versions of themselves, stuffed into a bar called Snack Hazama, and left to cause chaos in short comedic bursts. That's the whole premise, and it works exactly as advertised. This is a companion mini-anime paired with each episode of Ushiro no Shoumen Kamui-san, so it runs alongside the main show rather than as a standalone series. The parent show has its ghost-hunting tension and ecchi supernatural energy. Snack Hazama takes those same characters, including the eccentric exorcist Kamui and spirit-sensitive student Shizuka Mimizuka, and strips out any pretense of plot in favor of rapid banter and punchline-driven ensemble comedy. It is deliberately lightweight. Nobody is solving a case or building toward a dramatic reveal. The appeal is purely the vibe: cute chibi redesigns, mischievous humor, and the kind of chaotic character interactions that feel like deleted scenes from a weirder, goofier version of the source material.
