Episode Context

As episode 12 of 12, this is the definitive culmination of the season's layered ninja conspiracy, arriving directly after episode 11's pivotal moment of Kurou finally taking up a sword. The finale transitions from buildup to resolution, paying off character arcs and conflicts seeded across the full run while leaving enough open threads to suggest future developments beyond this season.
