Episode Context

Episode 11 is the direct escalation point between Episode 10's groundwork in 'Days Gone By and Days to Come' and the season finale in Episode 12, 'Business as Usual, Wrapped Up Tidy.' After a season of deliberately paced world-building and Kuro's apparent apathy, this penultimate chapter serves as the critical turning point where character arcs and plot tensions converge ahead of the climax. It's the payoff episode, everything prior was setup, and everything after depends on what happens here.
