Episode Context

Positioned as the second chapter of the fourth and final game arc, this episode follows 'End Game's' setup of Ange's quest and drills into her psychological foundation before the narrative escalates. It functions as a critical bridge episode at the three-quarter mark of the series, deepening the viewer's understanding of Ange and Maria's connection to magic. The groundwork laid here, particularly around belief and truth, directly feeds into the mounting stakes of the remaining six episodes.
