Such a good episode, the way they took out chunks to introduce the newest rival and to see how others are doing is really impressive. Now I’m all prepared for season 3, if they are making it, if not then I’m satisfied the way the series ended. Thank you Umamusume: Cinderella Grey Part 2, it’s been fun. 8/10

What a peak episode, didn’t expect myself to be this emotional. Seeing Oguri finally winning her first G1 race in one of the biggest races at the time is truly an accomplishment that she totally deserves. I’m happy they get to shine some moments with Creek and Dictus, seeing as how they’ll be the new rivals, I’m expecting much more from them. The Winning Live was PEAK! Can’t say I’m not disappointed with the small interactions from the concert, but still it was worth it with the animation and performance of the concert. 8.5/10

I’m so hyped up! Who would’ve thought that the race would go this long, even though it’s a quick race, they were able to catch the moments where in raise the stakes of the race. Loving how they’re focusing on the main casts now, from Dicta to Creek to Oguri, they really went beyond to expand each character. I’m sad knowing Dicta can’t run and perform her best with the injury, but it is what it is. Can’t wait for the confrontation between Oguri and Tama. 8.3/10

Looks like it is gonna be Tama’s last race, kinda expected it, though we don’t what the reason behind it is. I’m just worried Oguri will let Tama win since it’s her last, knowing her it’s highly unlikely. I’m happy Berno has some screen time to show that she’s working hard for her buddy, even happier when she finally found the answer. Seeing Dicta act like a tsundere drives me nuts, as a tsundere lover I can’t get enough of that. 8/10

Nothing much happened, though we did get a deep dive of what The Zone is in the Umamusume universe. I like the spacey Oguri this episode, she’s so adorable. But besides that, I’m happy they reintroduced characters from the old school as well as Kitahara to lighten up Oguri’s spirit since she’s been down. It was a good relaxing episode. That is until the suspense with Tama. 7.8/10

Such a hype episode! Everything went so fast, literally. Obey your Master really went ahead and became the mastermind of the chess board, she’s such an interesting character from being an underdog to actually beating not only the international top dogs to beating the no.1 uma in Japan at the time all from research and her preference towards the turf. Sad still we couldn’t see Oguri beat Tama again, but the time will come soon when she finally evolves. 8.2/10

The first half was a great buildup, although it felt like nothing much happened, the subtle interactions and character reactions makes the second half a great build off. The second half has some pretty interesting moments, I laughed at the thought that Oguri has trouble understanding English, the few monologues from the oversea horses to the Star Eyed horse being an actual Dark Horse. Seeing how it’s gonna end soon, a bit sad they didn’t do much with the heavyweight oversea horses, also Gold City is just nonexistent which is pretty sad. 7.9/10

A good episode, nothing much happened but still good, it’s building up to something and I’m pretty hyped up for the race. The character introduction and characteristics are all fun and unique, can’t wait for Oguri to face them all with Tamamo. Nothing much to criticize about this episode other than there’s not much Oguri screen time and no races. 7.8/10

Goo go- I mean, EPIC RACE! Didn’t expect to get hyped over a new character, they really blew my expectations away thinking it was gonna be a boring side race. The director and animator went all out with the second half, expecting more hype races in the future. Yaeno side story although sad, weirdly encouraging and motivating for me. 7.8/10

A bit disappointing that we’ve spent time on another character instead of the main one for the first half, not bad but didn’t leave a lasting impression. The second half didn’t really do much as well, hype for the races, not seeing much action tho. 7.5/10

The episode has an outstanding animation which may make some forget that this is a sports anime. This episode showcases the end of one of the main arcs but also reminds us besides overcoming our limits, sports is about having fun competing with each other.

Here it is really shown how Tamamo relied on her trainer when she was little, and it is also shown how Oguri really wanted to race since he was little.

Episode 9 was a powerful episode that showcased Oguri Cap's struggle to reach the zone during the Arima Kinen. The emotions the characters portrayed during and after the race were impactful as if you were feeling what the characters were going through in the moment.

The episode was an introduction to a new character, Inari One. The way she was thrown in there as a teaser for the upcoming future with Oguri Cap was a little lackluster. The animation was a little inconsistent when it came to some parts more notably with the side characters.
