At first, the story starts in a funny way, then it becomes more interesting. The protagonist shows how helpful he is to everyone. Some moments were unexpected, which made the episode even better and enjoyable to watch.

The series seem to be following a format where each episode has two themes. Here we have a birthday and somekind of premonition or dream for the main lead. While it's left out there if it actually good for the show, the interactions are amusing enough to watch, for me at least.

Episode Context

Coming off the Amagami Shrine Festival arc that dominated the early episodes, 'From Dawn till Dusk' serves as a cooldown chapter that processes the festival's emotional fallout and its effects on Uryuu's connections with each sister. It sits at the season's first quarter mark, functioning as a bridge between the introductory phase and the upcoming 'Dream and Moon and Dream' arc, which introduces a mentor figure and fresh complications. This is the kind of foundational episode that pays dividends later in a two-cour series.
