EPISODE REVIEWS

Good

Hanabi Hinata has a great design and her personality really shines when she starts getting flustered around Kaito during that first meeting at the resort

there is clearly not going to be much of a plot since it is only three episodes but the reunion angle adds some flavor to the scenes

Episode Context

A lighthearted and nostalgic opener that leans into the warmth of homecoming and the awkward charm of rekindled connections. Kaito's return to his hometown and the newly opened 'A LO HA' resort sets a breezy, sun-soaked tone that balances humor with genuine character intrigue. The pacing is unhurried, giving space for the resort's vibrant atmosphere to breathe and for early dynamics between Kaito and the women from his past, Hanabi chief among them, to establish themselves naturally. Expect playful tension, comedic moments born from history and proximity, and the quiet undercurrent of unresolved feelings. This episode functions as a confident table-setter, prioritizing mood and character chemistry over plot momentum.
