EPISODE CONTEXT
This is the second half of a two-part filler detour that began in Episode 42, where the Heavenly Kings set out to find the ultimate sweets for the Seven-Colored Nessie. The self-contained adventure wraps up here with no bearing on the main storyline. Episode 44 pivots back to canon material with a significant confrontation between Toriko and the IGO President, making this a clean skippable point for viewers focused on plot progression.
