This episode is slower, but it’s important because it shows the emotional consequences after Christmas instead of rushing into instant resolutions.

Ami shines here because she’s the only character actively refusing to hide behind fake smiles anymore. Her frustration makes the emotional tension feel grounded.

The awkwardness in this episode feels VERY intentional. Everyone’s forcing themselves to act normal, and the uncomfortable atmosphere is honestly the whole point lol
