The broken notes spilling out during the fight was lowkey one of the best visual moments in the series 😭 it instantly exposed Taiga’s feelings without her having to say anything.

Sumire’s explanation adds a lot of depth to her character. Instead of rejecting Kitamura because she doesn’t care, she does it because she DOES care, which makes the situation way sadder.

Taiga pulling up with a wooden sword was insane 😭 but the episode actually uses that chaos to finally unpack Kitamura and Sumire’s relationship properly instead of dragging the misunderstanding forever.
