Okay, Takemichi goes back to the present because he thinks he already saved everyone. But tragedy still happens in the present. Very sad moment. Even though the pace slows down a bit, we can still see the storyline’s direction clearly, which makes us excited for the next episode.

What? Even after doing everything right how is the result still the same?
But seeing Takemichi get so riled and strong willed is making me hopeful.

never noticed but the car that crashes into them was following them from the beginning, also a backstabber always a backstabber. 😭

WE ARE PANICKING. EVERY PUNCH FEELS PERSONAL, EVERY TEAR IS CONTAGIOUS, AND TAKEMICHI IS SCREAMING IN WAYS THAT MAKE US QUESTION OUR SANITY.

Bloody Halloween ignites with chaotic intensity. The violence isn’t glorified; it feels heavy and consequential. Emotions drive every punch thrown. This is where the series transforms from delinquent drama into full psychological warfare, and the stakes feel terrifyingly real.

This anime is a disappointment, t this point i am questioning how the whole 'time travel' works. The anime is time wasting, and boring. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Must-Watch Episode. This is why the show is called what it is. Our boy hits the present for a reunion that feels like a dream, but the "snake" in the grass turns it into a nightmare. Watching the future burn again proves that saving one life isn't enough

Rips the hope away. Changing one death wasn’t enough; the rot runs deeper. Takemichi’s breakdown isn’t a weakness; it’s clarity. Love without strength changes nothing. The final confession burns because it’s too late. This isn’t a reset. It’s escalation.

Episode 12 hits a boiling point, trading buildup for explosive emotional payoff. Tension, loyalty, and consequence collide in a pivotal clash that reshapes the arc’s trajectory, driven by intense performances and a mounting sense of irreversible change.

Rising tension pushes characters into tough choices that reshape the conflict.

EPISODE CONTEXT

Sitting exactly at the season's halfway mark, Episode 12 functions as a brutal pivot point — the optimism earned in Episode 11's apparent timeline victory gets dismantled, revealing that Takemichi's time manipulation carries costs he never anticipated. This episode bridges the first half's setup and character establishment with the back half's escalating stakes and deeper gang conflicts. It deliberately grounds the viewer in emotional consequences before the narrative accelerates into the more action-heavy and plot-dense second cour.
